AEW started to develop the LOGISTIS platform in 1999, which has since been in partnership of large, long-term institutional investors with actual amount of equity of €2.3bn. Our investment philosophy is combining Core-, Manage to Core- and Build to Core strategies, and the capacity to undertake development projects at an early stage. The location is the main investment criteria, with a preference for logistics parks and large-sized assets. 

We have had 36 investments closed since 2015 for a total investment volume of €2.0bn. New investments composed of 65% of parks development projects (spec) and 35% BTS- and standing assets. 

In the coming years, LOGISTIS' portfolio is set to grow further, mainly through development, to cover +50 sites across 8 countries for a total of 4mn sqm.
